For those of you who may not be familiar with me, in 1980 I founded a Bible prophecy ministry called Lamb & Lion Ministries. I named it that because those are the two symbols the Hebrew prophets used to refer to the promised Messiah --- He would come as the Suffering Lamb, and He would return as the Conquering Lion.
I headed up that ministry for 41 years before “retiring” in June of 2021. I put the word, retiring, in quotation marks because since that time, I have written six books. So, my “retirement” was only from the leadership of Lamb & Lion Ministries. My personal ministry has continued with a focus on research, writing and occasional speaking engagements.
It is a miracle of God that I ever became a Bible prophecy teacher. That’s because I grew up in an Amillennial church that almost completely ignored the teaching and preaching of prophecy. The church denied that Jesus would ever return to this earth again to reign for a thousand years over all the world from Jerusalem. My church spiritualized all the prophecies regarding the Millennial Kingdom, arguing that they had been fulfilled with the establishment of the Church.

On this website, you will find many of the articles I have written about the fundamentals of Bible prophecy. As you will see, I believe Bible prophecies should be taken to mean what they say. And what they say is that the Church will soon be taken out of this world in an event called the Rapture, shortly thereafter, a seven-year period of unparalleled horror will occur when God will pour out His wrath on our unbelieving world of rebels. Following that period, Jesus will return and reign over all the world for a thousand years. So, my view of the end times is called “Pre-Millennial and Pre-Tribulational.”
It is a viewpoint that provides great hope for believers today, especially to those who are suffering persecution for their faith. People often avoid the study of Bible prophecy because they tell me it is “full of gloom and doom.” And it is. But only for those who reject Jesus as their Lord and Savior. For believers, there is only good news full of glorious promises.
